Creating a sharable Zoom Link with Passcode - Zoom

In events such as Back to School Night (BTSN) and Parent Teacher Conferences (PTC) you may be asked to provide a Zoom link which includes your passcode.

Summary of Video steps:

1. Navigate to http://zoom.us
2. Sign in with Google Account
3. Navigate to Meetings > Personal Room
4. [Optional] Click the edit button to turn on the setting for Passcode
