My Self Service Isn't Working

Useful Steps if Self Service is not working, check in this order

1. Make sure you are on HKISSECURE
2. Update Java https://java.com/en/download/
3. Force quit and then reopen Self Service
4. Trash Self Service and go to byom.hkis.edu.hk and re-enroll computer
5. Restart computer
6. Upgrade Operating System
7. Come to ETS/IT for troubleshooting
