This article references the Secondary Schoology Guidelines. This video has been provided as an overview of all aspects of materials management in Schoology.
Course Requirements
All courses must have the course overview available at the top of the materials list. Teachers are encouraged to organize consistently with their teaching team so that students and parents have only one organizational system to navigate.
Folders should be organized by unit and within each unit-folder you may elect to include subfolders. Color coding is optional.
Basic course requirements should include:
- A course outline - Use HKIS HS Course Outline Template, HKIS MS Course Outline Template,
- Zoom Link - for Parent Teacher Conferences and Typhoon Days
- And, assessments with correct naming conventions posted one week before the deadline.
Please check the folder permission so that parents can view.
